Dr. Dave's Team's #1 and #2 Tie for First Place

Relay For Life participants celebrate the 7th straight year team mileage winners in St. George, Utah.
Dr. Dave Mason started running for the relay for life 26 years ago in St. George, Utah. A team was organized by Garth Jones, in Dr. Dave's name 8 years ago, and this year, there were two teams, Dr. Dave's #1 and#2 as we figured it would be nice to have some friendly competition.
The two teams tied for first on April 25, 2009 after running for 24 straight hours from noon on April 24, 2009 to noon on April 25, 2009. Each team ran 154.25 miles. There were 71 teams participating at the Relay For Life this year and over 70K was raised for the American Cancer Society. Way to go guys.
