Friday, February 22, 2008This is the Moapa Valley High School Hotel Management Team with advisor Mary Bulloch, Grant, Katie, Kirk, Jonathan, Marcia, Chef Chris, and myself. They took second overall at State. The cullinary team took State and will go to Nationals in San Diego this April. Congratulations guys. Great work, again :)
Moapa Valley also took first and third in knife skills at State.
