World of Women Expo in Las Vegas, NV November 3, 2007

I had the opportunity to emcee at the World of Women Expo in Las Vegas on November 3, 2007. They had a huge turn out. There was great entertainment, excellent gifts and vendors, exhibitors etc. A special thank you to Rocio and her group at AHEC for all of their hard work in putting on such a great event.

Kevin Janison presents Deputy Dorkface to Grant Bowler Elementary

I had the pleasure of introducing Kevin Janison, meteorologist for channel 3, to Grant Bowler Elementary for literacy night. Kevin came as our guest author and gave a very exciting presentation about his new book, Deputy Dorkface: How Stinkville Got Cleaned Up.
It was a fun evening and he was an excellent speaker.

Mrs. Nevada Interview Suit--Lady M

This was my national pageant interview suit. I loved it. It was turquoise blue with the right amount of bling on it. I got it from Crowns and Gowns.

Mrs. United States Competition Wardrobe

My national evening gown. I loved it. I purchased it from Lenz Boutique.
The blue dress was my opening number
outfit. It is an Excite Gown. I loved the ruffle down the left leg. It was very sassy and fun.

Katie Eastman made my swimwear of which I loved. The crushed velvet was very showy on stage. Thank you Katie for all of your hard work. Thanks to Michelle Jones for being a great running and workout partner. Thanks for making me run when I didn't feel like it.

Mrs. Nevada United States speaks at Hughes Middle School August 14, 2007

I had the wonderful opportunity to speak at Hughes Middle School in Mesquite, NV on leadership. It was to the Student Government kids. What a wonderful group of kids. Good luck this coming year! Enjoy it. Remember that once you know your purpose, then you know your power. I heard that quote from Ginger at the Miss Iron County pageant and loved it. Thanks Ginger.

Miss Iron County Pageant August 11, 2007

I had the opportunity to be a guest judge at the Miss Iron County Pageant on August 11, 2007. The ladies were all wonderful. Talk about a group of talented ladies!
